Properties are additional information that clients may need for their employees. It may include the employee's job title, their department, and so forth.
The example used here is Infor, but other clients (such as Andersen, Cerberus, Davidson Kempner, Eminence Capital, Octagon, and Ulta) may need to have properties uploaded into the system. Check if there is additional information in the upload template you are provided.
The base template provided is for Infor. Updates can be made to the header for other clients. Look at previously uploaded Properties templates for that client if available.
Employee id and email address is needed when uploading properties for any client.
Make sure that separate words in the header are connected with an underscore: example employee_id, email_address
Input the needed data. It should look something like this:
Save as a .csv file
Go to the client in ActiveAdmin and select properties from the importer:
Import the file, and check if you are successful under Import Events:
