1. Data collected is stored on our servers for an indefinite period of time, unless it is deleted by you.
2. When you delete your submissions, they will be removed from the Services. However, you understand that any removed submissions may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, or may remain with users who have previously accessed or downloaded your submissions.
3. At any time, we may disclose personal information that you provide via the Services to third parties to comply with any court order or other legal obligation, protect the rights, property, or safety of Monaeo, Inc., our customers, or others.
4. Monaeo may retain aggregated, de-identified, non-attributable data derived from Customer Data (“Statistical Data”) even after you delete the data, provided that such Statistical Data does not include information or the presentation of information from which your identity could be reasonably determined.
